This global life sciences business is now seeking the support of a Company Secretarial assistant on an interim basis. Reporting directly to, and supporting the Deputy Secretary, you'll help deliver a full range of company secretarial and governance services to the group.
From corporate filings to organising board and committee meetings, the role will provide a wide variety of tasks for you to cut your teeth on. A positive, can-do attitude will be needed in this role which might also require some general administrative duties and diary management.
You'll ideally have some statutory compliance and board/committee meetings experience to offer and be immediately available/able to start at very short notice. The company offers hybrid working which will ideally be 2-3 days a week in the office (West London).
The role will initially be offered on an interim basis (exact duration to be confirmed) but will have the possibility of becoming a more permanent position. A full job description is available on request.
