This well-known insurance group are now seeking to appoint a new team member to their growing Company Secretariat on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opening as it offers a huge degree of flexibility in a role that the team can tailor to the experience level of the new team member.
The hiring manager is keen to consider applicants who are already practicing at Company Secretarial Assistant level, as well as those who are looking for their first, Trainee role. They hope to attract a new positive and proactive team member who will fit in well with their sociable, collegiate team.
The department feel very strongly on personal development and so the responsibilities outlined in the job description can be adjusted depending on the abilities and experience that the postholder has. A structured training and onboarding process will be provided with CGI study support being offered if required.
The role reports to an Assistant Company Secretary who will provide 'on the job' training, guidance and support. The company is based in the City of London and have a hybrid working policy which will be three days in the office, two from home. Slightly more office time would be encouraged for those at trainee level to begin with, to aid in their training.
