Our client is one of the UK’s leading recycling and waste management companies.

Based in London, it now seeks interim support on a short-term basis (c.2months) to provide administrative and company secretarial support services to the company’s Legal and Company Secretarial functions.

They require someone who is immediately available to join who can focus on supporting the team with more of the day to day company secretarial work.

Access online filing and information services as necessary including making land registry searches, filing company forms online and obtaining financial information on companies.

  • Organise and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner, including managing the contracts database.
  • Coordinate legal team travel arrangements including transportation and accommodation.

The successful candidate will need to be available for a July start and is likely to have some or most of the following experience and qualities;

  • Some proven company secretarial assistant experience and/or qualification
  • Minimum 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
