"Learning Together, Inspiring All." This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance professional to play a pivotal leadership role, supporting our Chief Finance & Operating Officer and helping to deliver financial excellence across the Trust. About the Role
You will: Lead day-to-day finance operations across our secondary schools and shared services team Provide strategic financial leadership, planning, forecasting and reporting Ensure robust financial controls, compliance and risk management Lead and develop a skilled finance team Support auditors, capital projects, pensions reporting and statutory returns Deputise for the CFOO when required About You
We are looking for someone who: Holds an ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification Has significant senior finance leadership experience Understands financial governance and compliance, ideally within education Can communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently Shares our commitment to excellence, collaboration and inclusion Why Join Lumero?
