BWS Law is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing and highly regarded property team. Our commercial property department undertakes high-quality, varied and often complex work for a broad client base including developers, investors, lenders, owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

You will play a key role within the commercial property team, managing your own caseload while working closely with colleagues on larger and more complex matters. Acting on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and secured lending.

  • Advising clients on commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants), lease renewals and variations.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases and ancillary documentation.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth of the department.

We act on matters that are both intellectually engaging and commercially significant, with a strong emphasis on quality rather than volume.
