BWS Law is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team in Loughborough.
We are open to applications from newly qualified solicitors through to experienced commercial property lawyers. The most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in commercial property, provide a high level of client service and want to be part of a friendly, ambitious team.
The role
You will deal with a varied caseload of commercial property work, acting for a range of businesses, investors, landlords and developers.
The work will include areas such as:
- Sales and purchases of commercial property
- Commercial leases and lease renewals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property development
- Investment and portfolio transactions
- Refinancing and secured lending
- Property-related corporate transactions
- General commercial property advice
For the right candidate, there will be plenty of opportunity to develop your own client relationships and take responsibility for matters from start to finish.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified solicitor with an interest in commercial property
- Can demonstrate good technical knowledge appropriate to their level of experience
- Has a practical, commercial approach to their work
- Communicates well with clients and colleagues
