BWS Law are seeking a 0+ PQE civil litigation solicitor to join our team. We primarily act on property/commercial related matters but the full range is set out below. There has never been a more exciting time to join our firm, get in touch to find out more!
Duties
- Provide legal advice to clients on debt recovery, property disputes, landlord & tenant matters and contentious probate.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings including your own advocacy where appropriate.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court applications.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal practices relevant to your area of expertise.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- 0+ PQE.
