You are a detailâoriented designer, local to the Marlow area, who:

- Is confident taking projects from wireframes through to polished UI
- Can design intuitive, userâcentred experiences and bring concepts to life through interactive prototypes and lightweight animations.
We are an integrated marketing agency looking for a talented Freelance Web Designer to support our creative and digital team on an ongoing partâtime basis.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work across a range of shopping centre and retail destination websites:
- Building polished UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Creating simple animations, transitions, or micro-interactions within Figma or similar tools.
- Collaborating with the wider design, development, and account teams.
- Preparing assets and handoff documentation for development teams.
- Ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visual output across projects.
We are looking for a freelancer with:
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including component systems, prototyping, and design organisation.
- Experience creating simple animations (e.g., microâinteractions, hover states, page transitions).
- Ability to work within existing design systems while adding creative input.
- Solid understanding of UX fundamentals and responsive design.
- Ability to work efficiently within a partâtime schedule and fastâpaced agency environment.
- Ability to work from our Marlowâbased office three days a week (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday).
- A working knowledge of HTML & CSS and an understanding of accessibility best practices is also desirable.
