What do Account Executives at BWP do:
Our AEs are the backbone of the Client Services team working alongside your colleagues to produce great work; acting as an important link in the chain between your team, the wider agency, suppliers and clients.
You’ll spend most of your time in ‘client delivery mode’, providing Account Managers and Account Directors with the day-to-day support and administration they need to drive forward campaign delivery including:
- Assisting with the delivery of best-practice marketing – Briefing, and providing feedback to, creative teams and external suppliers. Working closely with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure the smooth running and effective delivery of campaigns and communications.
- Project management – Ensuring committed timings and budgets are met and the quality of the work is to a high standard. Keeping Account Managers abreast of project progress, enabling them to manage client expectations.
- Creative idea generation – Actively participating in brainstorms and meetings.
- Reporting – Attending status calls, writing status reports, drafting monthly reports.
Your role will also involve building and maintaining healthy client relationships, maintaining regular contact with clients, and managing their expectations (directly or through your Account Manager).
