Do you instinctively know what’s worth stopping the scroll for? We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content — the kind of person who spots trends before everyone else jumps on them, understands internet culture, and can turn everyday moments into genuinely engaging content. This role is all about bringing brands to life through smart, platform-native content. From reactive social moments and behind-the-scenes footage to campaign shoots, product content and event coverage, you’ll create work that feels culturally relevant, creatively strong, and genuinely engaging.

You’ll need a strong eye for storytelling, confidence behind the camera and in the edit, and a natural understanding of what works across different platforms. Whether it’s short-form social video, longer-form brand storytelling or jumping on a trend at exactly the right moment, you’ll know how to create content people actually want to watch. We’re also looking for someone who embraces modern creative workflows — including AI. Whether it’s supporting ideation, speeding up editing, improving workflows or experimenting with new creative formats, we want someone who’s curious about how technology can enhance the content creation process.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms
  • Filming and editing short-form and longer-form video content
  • Capturing content at shoots, events and client locations
  • Turning trends and cultural moments into relevant, on-brand ideas
  • Working closely with Social, Creative, PR and Client Services teams
  • Helping shape content ideas, campaigns and creative concepts
  • Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva and AI-supported creative tools

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Understands social platforms, trends and content formats
  • Is confident filming and editing content independently
  • Has a strong eye for storytelling, pacing and visual detail
  • Is naturally creative, proactive and full of ideas
  • Works well collaboratively and communicates confidently
  • Is organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects
  • Understands what makes content perform across different audiences
  • Is curious about AI and modern content creation workflows
  • Photography, motion graphics or animation skills would be a bonus.
