We are seeking an experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join a reputable team of a very successful private practice. As a well-established firm with a strong local presence, they offer an excellent platform for you to grow professionally while delivering an exceptional service to clients. You will be joining a private client team who take pride in meeting and exceeding their clients' needs and you will get plenty of support from a well-resourced team. This is an area of continuous growth and there's plenty of good quality work with opportunities for development and progression.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Wills, Trusts, Probate and Estate Planning, providing clear and practical guidance.
- Manage probate cases and guide clients through sensitive legal processes.
- Draft and review Wills and Trusts, with a focus on tax, succession and wealth planning.
- Build long-term client relationships through compassionate and professional service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the team's success while managing your caseload effectively.
Requirements
- Ideally, you will have 2-4 years PQE with strong experience in Wills, Trusts and Probate law.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and contribute to firm growth.
- Positive, team-orientated attitude and collaborative spirit.
