Position Overview
As a Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional advice to clients, focusing on the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and the management of Probate and estate administration. You will also advise clients on trusts and their tax implications, ensuring they receive comprehensive and tailored legal solutions.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients face to face in the office, off site and virtually
- Take instructions and prepare basic to complex Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and general Powers of Attorney
- Manage probate and estate administration
- Trusts and Tax matters, including administration of life interest and discretionary
