This well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their dedicated property law team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of property transactions while providing exceptional service to clients.

Position Overview

The Conveyancer will play a crucial role in managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and providing expert advice to clients.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
2. Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders
3. Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and deeds
4. Conduct thorough property searches and investigations
5. Provide expert advice to clients regarding property transactions

Requirements

1. Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with relevant experience
2. Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
5. Proficiency in conveyancing software and legal research tools
