The predicted salary is between 48000 - 58000 £ per year.

Working for a firm steeped in tradition and history, you will join a friendly department of solicitors, conveyancers and support staff who manage a variety of residential properties. We are seeking a fee earner who can take over an established caseload to include but not be limited to:

  • Sales & Purchases
  • Freehold and leasehold
  • Re-mortgages
  • Help to buy
  • Shared ownership

You will oversee client matters, with the full support from your assistant who will open files, request searches and manage post completion matters which will give you the time to raise and answer all enquiries, draft reports and manage AML and proof of funds work. We are seeking someone who can work with little supervision, able to build relationships and enjoy working with clients and supporting them with large financial house purchases.

The role can be offered both full time or part time and it also offers a real career opportunity for someone who is looking for a step up in a firm that receives many enquiries and prides itself on the client experience.
