In this role you will lead a small department and work within the firm’s management team to develop services, manage budgets and develop both the team and client relationships. This is a well-established private high street practice, with a large will bank to tap into. Your clients will be across Herts, Essex and Cambridgeshire and you will be taking over a financially rewarding caseload of non-contentious matters across Wills Trust & Probate as well as LPA’s and subject to experience additional wealth planning and tax.

The role is open to both Solicitors or Legal Executives who demonstrate a wealth of experience in private client work as well as having good leadership qualities and there is a Route to Partnership opportunity also. You will be ambitious, commercially minded and ready to take the next step in your career.
