Conveyancer - London

Our client, a leading law firm in East Anglia, is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their team in their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer to contribute to the firm\’s growth and success while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Position Overview

The Conveyancer will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and deliver exceptional service to clients, contributing to the firm\’s reputation for excellent legal advice and award-winning customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Manage residential conveyancing caseload from file opening to post-completion.
2. Conduct matters on behalf of clients with professionalism and efficiency.
3. Utilise the firm\’s case management system effectively.
4. Handle own administration and assist colleagues when necessary.
5. Contribute to the firm\’s business development efforts.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years\’ experience as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
2. Good understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing process.
3. Excellent business development skills and a positive outlook.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
5. Commitment to delivering excellent client care with a friendly attitude.
