Commercial Property Associate Solicitor - Hertfordshire

We are seeking a fee earner with Commercial Property experience to join our client, a Legal 500, with a superb reputation and good quality work, including planning.

Acting for property investors, funders and trading businesses you will get to know your clients and play a crucial role in supporting developers and housebuilders with their projects. Client care is important, you will be responsible to take the initiative and produce the best outcome for your clients, in effect acting as an in-house legal representative. This is an opportunity to take a step forward in your career and also in developing your network.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload to include site acquisition, disposals, joint ventures, and infrastructure agreements
• Handle all aspects of property transactions from initial instruction through to completion, including liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors
• Provide high-quality legal advice and exceptional client care
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth processes and successful outcomes for clients
