Wills & Probate Solicitor - Essex

Overview

Wills & Probate Solicitor is required for a multi-office private practice in their head office in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm steeped in tradition and history with in the local community.

Due to the current incumbent relocating they are seeking an experienced lawyer to join their very busy wills and probate team. The role will see you taking over an existing caseload of wills, probate, elderly client, tax and trusts using a case management system and with the support of legal support staff you will be given the opportunity to further develop the client base.

Responsibilities

• Take over an existing caseload of wills, probate, elderly client matters, tax and trusts.
• Work within a busy wills and probate team using a case management system.
• Collaborate with legal support staff to develop and expand the client base.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5+ PQE.
• Experience in a busy environment and ability to work as part of a friendly team.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
