We're partnering with a highly regarded and rapidly growing Commercial Property team looking to welcome a Commercial Property Solicitor into their expanding practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy department where you'll be immersed in high-quality, varied work and trusted to contribute meaningfully from day one.

You'll be involved in a broad mix of transactional and advisory property work, supporting clients on everything from acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property to drafting and negotiating leases, licences and renewals. The role also offers exposure to property finance, secured lending, development projects, including options and overage, and corporate support on wider business transactions.

Day to day, you'll take responsibility for your own matters with appropriate support from senior lawyers, building strong client relationships and delivering practical advice. You'll also be involved in drafting key legal documentation, undertaking property searches, preparing engagement documentation and costs estimates, and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently.

We're looking for a solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property who brings solid technical knowledge, excellent drafting ability and a client-focused approach. Strong communication skills and confidence in managing your own caseload are essential.
