This growing firm are at an exciting juncture and are looking to hire an experienced senior litigator to join their expanding team. As the firm continues to build on its success, the team is taking on an increasing amount of contentious trusts and probate work due to its reputation and an influx of clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex contentious trust and probate cases, including will disputes and inheritance claims
- Provide strategic, client-focused advice while maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Take a proactive approach to case management, using innovative solutions to drive results
- Represent the firm at industry events, building relationships and creating business opportunities
Requirements
- Ideally 6+ PQE
- Proven experience in handling high-value contentious trust and probate disputes
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to offer clear, practical advice
- Proactive, results-driven approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
