A vibrant, fast-growing legal practice is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly and well-run practice where there is a stable volume of work and you will have chances to progress within the firm.
Position Overview
You will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and customer-focused experience to clients. You will manage a diverse caseload, taking instructions from clients, exchanging contracts and completing transactions. This position is essential in maintaining the firm\’s reputation as a trusted partner in the property sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload, taking instructions from clients and completing transactions
- Conduct title checking, review searches and management packs, raise and review enquiries, and compose and issue final reports
- Manage client expectations and maintain relationships with external parties
- Review sale files, answer buyer\’s lawyers\’ enquiries, and deal with varied transactions such as Remortgages, Lease Extensions, Transfer of Equities, and all sale and purchase transactions
- Support your assistant and undertake other duties as needed
Requirements
- Fully or part CLC or SRA qualified
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Professional telephone manner and excellent written communication
