Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will provide advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process and you will have the autonomy to manage your own diverse caseload to include:
- Sales and Purchases
- Remortgages
- New Builds
- Right to Buy
- Shared Ownership
- Transfers of Equity
- Lease Extensions
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer
