We're recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a modern, ambitious law firm where energy and quality work go hand in hand. This is a role for someone who enjoys being trusted to run their own busy and varied caseload, takes pride in delivering excellent client service and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll be handling a broad mix of freehold and leasehold transactions, playing a key part in a team that’s continuing to grow and evolve. On a typical day you’ll be handling:
- Sales & Purchases
- Freehold & Leasehold
- Remortgage
- Shared Ownership
- Transfer of Equity
Based primarily in a brand-new office space, the role also offers the flexibility of some working from home.
