Position Overview

You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality conveyancing services to a diverse client base. You will manage your own caseload, handling a full range of residential and domestic conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, equity release, remortgages, and new build cases. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the smooth running of property transactions and the overall success of the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Provide clear, accurate and timely legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Draft, review and negotiate legal documents, contracts and agreements
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches and title investigations
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other relevant parties
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
