We are delighted to be partnering with our client whose property litigation department is highly reputable and has one of the leading property dispute resolution teams in Essex. The team acts on a broad spectrum of residential and commercial property disputes and is particularly well known for handling technically demanding and high-value matters.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cases involving right to manage and enfranchisement, often in relation to large blocks of flats, alongside boundary disputes, lease extensions, landlord and tenant issues, adverse possession claims, dilapidations, and break notices.

We are looking for a confident and capable solicitor with solid experience in property litigation who is comfortable running their own caseload. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build rapport with clients and professional contacts alike.

You will be encouraged to play an active role in marketing, networking, and business development, helping to strengthen existing relationships and generate new work.
