Our client, a well-established Lexcel-accredited legal practice, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to provide high-quality legal services across various aspects of private client law.
Position Overview
You will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of private client law matters. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on clients’ lives by guiding them through various life events and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Draft simple and complex wills tailored to individual needs
- Handle probate, estate administration, and tax matters
- Assist with trusts, IHT, and life planning cases
- Represent clients in Court of Protection proceedings
Requirements
- You should have a minimum of 3 years PQE
- Strong technical skills in private client law
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Hold or aspire to obtain the STEP qualification
