Our client is Lexcel accredited and has multiple offices, providing private and commercial legal services. We are seeking a Wills, Trust & Probate fee earner, a solicitor or legal executive to manage a varied caseload and develop business from the existing will bank, as well as raising your profile across social media and attending industry events. The firm has dedicated marketing support to assist.
This is a private high street practice with a friendly work environment, and the recruitment is due to expansion. We are seeking someone who can demonstrate a career focused on client care. With a modern approach and a very good reputation, you will fee earn unsupervised but have support from the Head of Department on complex matters.
Working with a variety of clients, you will have experience in all areas of wills, probate, trusts, LPAs and will be accustomed to ideally providing legal advice and support to elderly clients. There are ample opportunities for professional growth and development within the firm; your career will flourish, and you will be supported for additional qualifications in a motivating and forward-thinking work environment.
