The role offers exposure to a dynamic and varied caseload, including Deputyship applications, Statutory Wills, estate planning and trust-related matters. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and a proactive mindset, engaging with clients, developing relationships, and contributing to marketing, networking and business development to help the team continue to grow and thrive.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of court of protection matters, and experience supporting clients affected by serious financial abuse or complex financial circumstances is highly desirable. A solution-focused approach, excellent problem-solving skills and a genuine commitment to prioritising clients’ best interests are essential.
