The firm is growing and has recently recruited a Head of Department who is growing the Wills, Trust & Probate team.

There is a lot of work due to the firm's strong network in industry, with many clients being London based and HNW. In addition, the firm has a broader network for property consultants who attract work across the UK as well as the current Head of Dept who has a superb reputation and connections.

There is plenty of work and capacity to consider two fee earners on a full time or part time basis. Depending on experience there will be the opportunity to work on more complex matters around tax planning and Estate Management, as well as complex family Trusts.

The department is small, the firm is financially solid and owns their London Head Office property. They have good benefits and a modern approach to offering hybrid working for a good work life balanced culture.
