We are delighted to present an outstanding opportunity for an Insolvency Solicitor to join a well-established, multi-office private practice with an excellent reputation in the market. This role offers the chance to become part of an expanding litigation team, where you will play a key role in handling a broad and stimulating caseload of high-value, complex insolvency and commercial litigation matters.
You will have the autonomy to manage your own files while working closely with senior leadership, contributing to strategic client work and supporting the continued growth of the department. You will work on a wide variety of matters to include advising a diverse client base that includes individuals, businesses, larger organisations and charities.
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will take an active role in supervising and mentoring junior team members, helping to develop their technical skills and confidence. You will also collaborate closely with the wider team, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making and client relationship management.
The firm is looking for a confident and commercially aware solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and a strong background in insolvency and commercial litigation. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be expected to build and maintain trusted client relationships while delivering consistently high standards of service.
