We are seeking an Employment Lawyer to join an established department and play a key role in its continued development. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team, working within a multi-accredited law firm that delivers employment advice across all of the firm's offices.
Upon joining this busy team, you will pick up on a varied caseload and represent both employers and employees in employment disputes, including clients in Employment Tribunal claims and drafting employment contracts for employers. In addition, there is an existing caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
The vacancy has arisen due to an anticipated retirement, creating a role with genuine and significant progression potential within the firm. As such, this position is ideally suited to an ambitious Employment Lawyer looking to advance their career in the near term and take on greater responsibility.
The role is open to both full and part time applicants, offering flexibility to suit individual circumstances, and salary is competitive and benefits include pension contribution, generous annual leave, death in service and flexible/agile working.
