We are seeking a motivated manager who is comfortable to work in a financially driven environment and support the existing team to meet their targets which will equate to 10+ completions a month. You will have the ability to help with complex matters and work professionally in line with the company's policy, and you will be fully supported to look at solutions to improve processes.
Your personal caseload in the longer term should be anticipated to be approximately 20 new instructions per month, and you will have administration support for opening files, client liaison, requesting searches and post completion matters. This modern firm uses LEAP CMS.
The properties will vary from small flats to the occasional multi-million-pound properties and the work will include:
- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Right to buy
- Equity transfers
- Freehold and Leasehold
This will be a varied role, interesting and busy, where you will meet clients, and have full autonomy to manage and organise your own work and motivate the team.
Ideally the role would be office based, but for the right person consideration will be given to flexible working. The benefits package will include tech for flexible working, bonus, pension, healthcare and local free parking. Consideration can be given to part time and a 4-day week or a higher salary in exchange for a lower bonus.
