If you're a Trusts Solicitor who enjoys the detail, the strategy and the relationships behind complex private wealth work, this is a role where you can really make your mark! A highly regarded Private Client team is looking for a senior trusts specialist to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, working closely with experienced lawyers.

This isn't just about administration - it's about guiding trusts through their full lifecycle. You'll oversee accounts and tax compliance, handle Trust Registration Service requirements, and draft key documentation, including trustee changes, beneficiary distributions, and trust wind-ups. Alongside this, you'll be a trusted point of contact for beneficiaries, manage requests with sensitivity and precision, and play a central role in coordinating trustee meetings alongside IFAs and other advisers.

As a senior member of the team, you'll also contribute beyond your own caseload, mentoring junior colleagues, supporting team development and getting involved in wider business initiatives. The work is varied, often complex and always client-focused, offering the chance to deepen your expertise while remaining hands-on.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years' PQE in trusts work, with strong technical knowledge across personal tax, inheritance tax and capital gains tax. Experience dealing with trust accounts, HMRC, trustees and beneficiaries is essential, along with a proactive mindset and the confidence to take the lead on matters.

In return, you'll join a well-established and respected team offering a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, life and health cover, as well as lifestyle and wellbeing rewards, and a strong emphasis on long-term career development within a supportive culture.
