As a Support Conveyancing Lawyer, you'll play an essential part in assisting the firm's fee earners to deliver outstanding conveyancing services. You'll handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring all work is compliant, efficient, and client-focused. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work while supporting others within a collaborative team.

Your duties will include:

  • Manage a variety of freehold and leasehold conveyancing matters
  • Provide cover and support to other fee earners during periods of leave
  • Handle all legal aspects of residential property transactions
  • Ensure compliance with firm procedures and SRA regulations
  • Actively minimise risk across all transactions
  • Participate in ongoing professional training and development

Requirements:

  • Degree, LPC, or relevant technical qualification
  • Strong background in residential conveyancing
