Our client manages the legal complexities for business clients from London to Birmingham and has a workforce of over 170 staff, and a superb reputation. We are seeking a number of senior fee earners, experts in their field to forge new professional connections.
If you work in transactional, contentious or non-contentious matters in the following areas we would be very interested to hear from you:
- Commercial Property
- Corporate & Company Commercial
- IT and Data Protection
- Employment
- Contracts & Procurement
The work will incorporate the journey of business management from inception to the exit strategy, M&A's, compliance, HR matters, shareholder and partnership agreements and disputes and much more, and we are seeking legal experts who can demonstrate experience of working with business owners and senior executives in a collaborative team environment. You will guide your own clients, and also colleagues on larger projects.
