Our client is an established high street practice across all legal areas and they have a solid reputation and a great network of introducers across residential matters. The clients are HNW and the sales and purchases are varied, including some extremely large and high valued properties. We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or equivalent, ideally with more than 5 yrs PQE to join their thriving team. This fee earning role will have good paralegal support to enable you to manage your clients and the conveyancing process.
Playing a crucial role in managing a diverse caseload, you will ensure excellent client service and contribute to the firm's success in the property sector.
Responsibilities- Handle sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold and other property transactions
- Provide expert advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 yrs PQE
- Extensive experience in residential conveyancing matters
- Well-organised with a flexible and collaborative mindset
