Our client is a 6-partner firm seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer to join the team, which is supportive and collaborative. The department is busy and well supported by administrative staff and there is an excellent network in place with local agents and lenders. As an established high street law firm, it has a superb reputation in the region and you will be working on a variety of properties across Hertfordshire and Greater London.
Managing your own caseload, taking responsibility from instruction to post completion on all fee earning matters, you will manage a varied of properties, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- New build and shared ownership
Key will be technical compliance, commercial acumen and providing excellent client services, something this conveyancing department have done for a long time which is why they achieve superb feedback from their clients. You will be very organised and someone who enjoys developing and building client relationships easily.
