Are you an experienced residential property solicitor looking to join a friendly, supportive and high-achieving team? This is your chance to join a well-respected and busy high street practice who pride themselves on providing bespoke service to their clients, and their property department is one of the strongest in the area, continuing to grow alongside their diverse client base.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of residential property matters, including advising on freehold and leasehold transactions and handling lease extensions. You will work autonomously, demonstrating leadership skills while managing a busy workload in a fast-paced office environment. A broad knowledge of residential property law and the confidence to handle complex matters independently are essential.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' PQE in residential property, with commercial property experience considered an advantage. Experience with LEAP is desirable but not essential. We are looking for a self-motivated and approachable individual who can build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships, achieve personal and business development goals and thrive both independently and as part of a team. Enthusiasm for networking, ambition to progress and excellent organisational skills are key.
