A well-established, multi-office high street firm with Lexcel accreditation is looking to welcome an experienced Legal Assistant/Secretary to its busy property team. We are searching for someone who brings energy and a desire to grow with the firm as they continue to expand and their property department remains one of the busiest and most rapidly developing areas of the practice.
You will be involved in all stages of the conveyancing process, from handling searches and preparing legal documentation to overseeing exchanges and guiding matters smoothly through to completion. You can expect regular client contact, a varied workload and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a department that continues to go from strength to strength.
Strong technical understanding is essential, along with excellent organisation and the confidence to work without close supervision. A warm, approachable manner and the ability to build strong client and referrer relationships are key. Familiarity with LEAP case management software would be a welcome advantage.
In return, the firm offers a friendly and supportive working environment, a generous holiday allowance, a company pension and the benefit of sharing in the legal advisors profit-share bonus. The position is full time, although candidates that would prefer 4 days per week will be considered.
