This career opportunity sits within a very successful and professional residential team for a Legal 500 firm with multiple offices. The team of 12 is a mix of Partners, Snr Associates, Conveyancers and support staff who are seeing growth, and you will manage your own caseload which will be a variety of properties across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas.

There is a very good flow of work coming into the department from existing clients and relationships in place as well as an excellent reputation with the providers. This is due to the team's slick processes to ensure all parties are provided with a high-quality service driven by strong knowledge and in a timely manner for each unique property situation.

We are seeking a Residential Solicitor, FILEx or Licensed Conveyancer, able to manage a caseload unsupervised across sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold properties. You will be someone who enjoys client interaction, being technically strong in all aspects of residential property matters where you will have the luxury of very good support from fully trained and experienced paralegal support who will manage new client instructions and compliance, to include AML checks, request and draft search reports, deal with financial statements, post completion and title matters, enabling you to take full responsibility for client and other third-party interaction and utilise your fee earning prowess.
