Our client offers flexible hybrid working and is seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join an established team who manage a variety of residential property matters for their clients.
You will manage your caseload with minimum supervision and deal with transactions across:
- Sales & Purchase
- Freehold & Leasehold
- Re-mortgages
- Shared Ownership
- Rights to Buy
- Transfer of Equity
- Lease extensions
The role comes with paralegal support for opening files, requesting documents and searches, AML compliance and post completion matters enabling fee earners to focus on their clients and the smooth running of enquiries and the conveyancing process.
The firm are modern, with strong processes in place, good IT and the tech for home working 2 days per week. The role can be broader and incorporate additional marketing depending on experience.
