Position Overview

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality conveyancing services to the firm's diverse client base. You will manage your own caseload, handling a range of freehold and leasehold property transactions, including sales, purchases, and other related matters. Your expertise and commitment to client service will contribute to the continued success and growth of the residential property department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Provide clear, timely and professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and contracts related to property transactions
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including title checks, searches and enquiries
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 1-4 years PQE
  • Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing law and processes
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise effectively

  • Proficiency with legal technology and case management systems
  • Experience with new build properties is advantageous
