Our client is open minded to employ a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive who is a rising star with career aspirations to join their established team and work with some very good names in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Working for a Top Tier Legal 500, you will manage a mixed caseload of Wills, Trust and Probate matters with many of the clients being business owners and HNW clients and their extended families, where you will provide a professional and high-quality service across all matters to include:
- Drafting Wills and Advising on Trusts
- Inheritance Tax guidance
- Probate and Estate Management
Team, structure and career progression
This well-structured and successful team will provide this position with both paralegal and secretarial support, enabling you to manage fee earning legal work, in a firm that has very good accreditations, an impressive and large will bank, and financial stability and growth. This is a long-term career move for a rising associate to senior associate, where you will have the opportunity to develop your reputation, attend breakfast meetings and seminars and very good fee earning potential.
