We are seeking a Private Family Fee Earner to join this smaller team, who are seeing growth in their family enquiries. The department is a mix of fee earners and support staff and you will have the luxury of an experienced secretary to manage your diary, client calls and document drafting to enable you to focus on your legal services.
The team are collaborative and the caseload will be varied and include:
- Divorce and Financial Remedy
- Children's Law
- Domestic Violence
- TOLATA
- Pre and Post Nuptials
You will meet clients face to face and virtually to provide legal guidance and advice, taking into account their needs.
