A progressive and specialist law firm is expanding its property capability and is now looking to appoint a Conveyancing Lawyer who wants more than just a caseload. This is a chance to step into a key position within a growing department, where your experience will help shape how the conveyancing function develops and how clients are supported through increasingly complex transactions.
You will take full responsibility for running a wide variety of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. The role offers a diverse workload, including freehold and leasehold transactions, investment purchases, equity transfers, auction matters and refinancing, alongside more technical work such as assents, portfolio management for landlords, lease extensions and enfranchisement.
You will be the central point of contact for clients and third parties, ensuring clear communication, momentum on files and a consistently high standard of service.
