We are looking for a commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly, high-performing team working closely with a key client. This is a varied and hands-on role offering real responsibility, exposure to complex matters and the opportunity to build strong, long-term client relationships while developing your career.
Responsibilities:
- Take day-to-day ownership of a broad portfolio of client files, handling a wide range of commercial property matters to include handling leasehold and freehold acquisitions and a wide range of associated property documentation, while drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements from heads of terms through to completion.
- Act as a key client contact, handling correspondence, liaising with stakeholders, investigating titles, advising on defects, managing completions and ensuring compliance with client procedures and documentation processes.
- Beyond transactional work, contribute to wider project work, attend monthly review meetings, respond promptly to helpdesk queries, and help deliver training seminars for client personnel. There may also be opportunities for secondment, marketing events and networking, allowing you to raise your profile and actively promote the firm's full range of services.
Qualifications:
- Solid commercial property experience; commercially aware; comfortable communicating at senior levels and motivated by career development.
- Excellent negotiation ability and a collaborative mindset; able to work in a busy but supportive team that values ambition and professionalism.
