We are excited to announce a superb opportunity to become an integral part of an expanding Private Client Department of a multi-accredited legal practice with several offices in East Anglia. This role will offer you the chance to support a team and play a key role in providing essential secretarial support and assisting the private client team in delivering an exceptional client service. You will be instrumental in keeping the department running smoothly, handling a variety of administrative duties, and using your secretarial expertise to keep the operations at their best. From managing documents to ensuring smooth communication, your role will be essential in helping the team continue to provide a top-class service to their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Typing from digital dictation for a bespoke case management system
  • Performing general secretarial duties, such as scanning, photocopying and shredding documents
  • Taking telephone messages and assisting clients with general enquiries
  • Providing essential office support as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a private client or similar department
  • Strong and accurate word processing skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
