You will be commercial and ambitious, working with like-minded professionals and the very good benefits package is complemented by a high salary linked to fee earning.
This is a grown-up firm, giving fee earners freedom to manage clients efficiently and provide the best legal advice. The structure will progress you quickly to be one of the firm's Partners where you will be involved with supporting the growth in knowledge of more junior staff whilst maintaining your clients and offering the best legal advice.
To be considered, you will have a good client network, with at least 8+ years PQE.
