Responsibilities
- Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Deal with all aspects of transactions including sales, purchases, leaseholds, freeholds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders and third parties to progress matters efficiently
- Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents
- Work independently while contributing to the wider property team
Requirements
- Experience in handling a full conveyancing caseload independently
- Solid technical understanding of residential property law and procedures
- Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
- Well-organised and capable of working under pressure
- A team player with a proactive and professional approach
