A highly regarded Insolvency team who are consistently recognised in the Legal 500 are seeking an Insolvency Solicitor to undertake a broad mix of high-quality non-contentious advisory work and complex contentious insolvency disputes. Much of the work is referred from London and national practices and the team acts for an extensive roster of insolvency practitioners, secured lenders, directors and businesses.
As the practice continues to grow and move to the next level, our client is looking for a dynamic Insolvency Associate with strong technical expertise and ambition to help shape its future. The role offers a varied workload across corporate and personal insolvency, including administration appointments, insolvency-related litigation, property transactions within insolvency and advisory work.
You will manage your own caseload, supervise junior team members where appropriate, contribute to business development and maintain a strong focus on client service. Candidates should be commercially minded and pragmatic, with a minimum of two years' insolvency experience, strong communication skills and the confidence to build lasting client relationships.
